Our Olympic weightlifting class is a two session a week program working towards improving your technique in the two big lifts. We offer sessions on Tuesday night at 7pm and Saturday morning at 11am. The Clean and Jerk and the Snatch need dedicated time and focus to see improvement. During our classes we focus on 6 week cycles to improve your strength and competency in the lifts. Athletes can expect to be lifting heavier weights and more efficiently the end of each cycle!
