Our new therapy class is a 60 minute session to help you relax after hitting the training hard over the week! the class will begin with a gentle pulse raiser to help get the body warm and fresh blood flowing around those sore muscles. We will then go through some foam rolling a stretch routine and then aim to teach you a variety of mobility exercises. We will aim to focus on the normal trouble areas but if we have had a particularly hard week in any specific area we will be targeting that. Use this session to learn new ways to look after your body whilst following our CrossFit program.
We have 2 sessions per week.
Sundays 11am – Over all rehab and mobility.
Wednesday 8pm – Specific cycles on problem areas such as hips and shoulders.
