We are turning up the heat with our newest high intensity interval program Burn. This class uses kettle bells, plyometrics, body weight movements and cardiovascular machines to maximise metabolic conditioning output. Scientific research shows that high intensity training is proven to blitz hundreds of calories per session as well as increase metabolism to help keep you shredding long after you leave the gym. Basically, you’ll get really fit. Thank us later.

Each class lasts 45 minutes and you will be coached through a brief, warm up and workout. We are setting the bar high, so turn up and expect it to Burn.

Monday & Wednesday at 7 – 7.45pm
Sundays at 10 – 10.45am
