If you have never experienced CrossFit before then we would like to invite you to take part in a FREE taster class. During this one hour session you will get to meet one of our team, learn more about our training methods and programming and try a CrossFit workout. You will also get to tell us about your fitness goals an any concerns you may have.
Sessions are on Tuesday at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am. If you are only available during the day please contact us and we can set something up for you.
After this the next step is to sign up for a 3-session foundations course. During these 3 sessions you will receive quality instruction in a one to one or five to one environment. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of CrossFit which will prepare you to join the main CrossFit classes.
PT Foundations (a more personal approach where the sessions are scheduled to your availability) 1-to-1: £180
Foundations 5-to-1: £130 (This option is preferred as it allows you to start getting that group energy right away)
The 5-to-1 foundations course begins every week and the sessions take place on Mondays at 8pm, Thursdays at 8pm, and Saturdays at 9 am.
Foundations must be completed within a two week time period if done 1-to-1.
