Dont worry if you have never experienced CrossFit before then we would like to invite you to take part in a FREE trial class. During this one hour session you will get to meet one of our team, learn more about our training methods and programming and try a CrossFit workout. You will also get to tell us about your fitness goals an any concerns you may have.
Sessions are Monday and Wednesday at 6 and 7pm, Thursdays at 6pm and Sunday at 12pm.
The next step is to sign up for a 3-session foundations course. During these 3 sessions you will receive quality instruction in a one to one or five to one environment. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of CrossFit which will prepare you to join the main CrossFit classes.
PT Foundations 1-to-1: £180
Foundations 3-to-1: £130
The 3-to-1 foundations course begins every week and the sessions take place on Mondays at 8pm, Wednesdays at 8pm, and Saturdays at 9 am.
Foundations must be completed within a two week time period if done 1-to-1.
