Having competed and coached for many years within the sports of rowing and swimming Simon found Crossfit. Both the sport and the training methodology were instantly appealing and CrossFit’s ability to enhance the lives and sporting performance of people of all ages and backgrounds was why he was totally hooked.
Over the past 5 years he has had the opportunity to coach in the UK and the USA and attend several speciality courses and seminars with some of the worlds best Crossfit coaches.
He is passionate about providing everyone he coaches with the best possible advice and support whatever their personal goal. He believes Crossfit can provide lifestyle improvements to anyone who is willing to take part. He himself says with some certainty ‘I am fitter and healthier approaching my 40’s than I ever was as a younger man. This is due, in no small part, to Crossfit – nutrition, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and Olympic lifting combined.’
